Vlingo Incentive Program Official Rules and Regulations

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older and located in the United States.
• Texas and Nebraska residents are currently excluded.
• Gmail connection bonuses require an email account more than 1 year old that contains at least 200 promotions from 20 or more retailers, shows evidence of purchase activity, and has full 2-Step Verification (2FA) enabled.
• One per person. Duplicate accounts are not accepted.

Joining rewards

The reward incentive shown in the Rewards section of the app is the maximum possible award. Rewards may vary depending on factors such as the quality of your promotions.

Recipients will be sent a rewards link.

Hoosiers Pilot Test

Open to current Indiana University students who meet the eligibility requirements above. Sponsor may verify student status.

• $10 Amazon reward: download Vlingo, sign up with referral code HOOSIERS, create 3 Deal Lockers, and browse deals for at least 3 minutes a day during the week. Once these steps are complete, your reward link will be texted to the phone number on your account.
• $5 Gmail bonus (optional): connect a Gmail account that meets the Gmail connection bonus requirements above. Eligibility is required.
• One reward per person, while spots last. Leaving an App Store review is optional and not required for any reward.

Recent winners and publicity

Vlingo reserves the right to share a member's first name or alias in the Recent Winners section. Members may select an alias if desired.

Sweepstakes winners will also be promoted by Vlingo in Recent Winners and other online collateral. Members who do not want their first name used in any past-winners promotional content must provide an alias.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Vlingo Inc., 2533 S Coast Hwy 101, Ste 210, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA 92007 ("Sponsor"). Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in any way with, this sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry. Residents of Texas and Nebraska are not eligible. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Limit one Vlingo account per person.

3. Sweepstakes period

The sweepstakes runs in consecutive monthly entry periods. Each entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that month. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries do not carry over from one entry period to the next. Sponsor may end the sweepstakes at any time by posting notice on vlingo.co; any entry period then underway will be completed and its prize awarded.

4. How to enter

In the app: Eligible members earn entries automatically by using Vlingo during the entry period, for example by keeping their Gmail connected, creating Deal Lockers and checking in. The activities that earn entries, and the number of entries each earns, are shown in the Rewards section of the app.

By mail (no app or Gmail connection required): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to:

Limit one mail-in entry per envelope and one mail-in entry per person per day. Each mail-in entry counts as one entry, equal in weight to one entry earned in the app. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the entry period and received within 7 days after it ends. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or postage-due entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail.

Automated, scripted or bulk entries, and entries from duplicate or fraudulent accounts, are void and may result in disqualification from all Vlingo rewards.

5. Prizes

The prize for each period is shown in the Rewards section of the app and on vlingo.co/pages/rewards before that period begins, and may be a prepaid card, gift card or brand reward with an approximate retail value of up to $1,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Gift card prizes are subject to the issuer's terms.

6. Odds and winner selection

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period. Within 10 days after each entry period ends, Sponsor will select one potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received for that period. Sponsor's decisions are final.

7. Winner notification and verification

Potential winners will be notified by email, and through the app where applicable, within 5 business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond within 10 days and may be required to verify identity, age, residence and account ownership, and to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release, and an IRS Form W-9. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days after verification.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes with a value of $600 or more in a calendar year.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name (or chosen alias), city, state and prize won in Recent Winners and other promotional materials, without further compensation. Winners who do not want their first name used must provide an alias, as described above.

10. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these official rules and Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner. If the sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, or errors in entry or prize information.

11. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of a prize. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, under the laws of the State of California, in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the sweepstakes and is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy.

13. Winners list

Recent winners are shown in the app. For a list of winners for a specific entry period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 60 days after that period ends to Vlingo Winners List at the address above.
